Welcome to HK Hair Studio. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before booking or attending your appointment.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

2. Payments

We accept payments via cash, debit/credit card, and other available methods at the salon.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice, but we aim to keep our clients informed.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds.
However, if you are not satisfied with the result, please contact us within 3 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

If you have any allergies, medical conditions, or are pregnant, please inform your stylist before the appointment.
For certain treatments (e.g. hair colouring), a patch test may be required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

6. Children & Guests

Children are welcome, but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Due to limited space, we kindly ask that you do not bring additional guests unless necessary.

7. Privacy Policy

Any personal information shared with us will be handled with care and in accordance with data protection regulations.
We will never share your details with third parties without your consent.
